Lammle’s Quality Assurance Program

We take great pride in providing you with quality boots. If within the first 30 days from the date or purchase you experience a problem with your boots due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace them at our discretion.
Manufacturer’s defect does not include excessive wear, improper sizing or inappropriate use of the product.
If the boots have not been worn, they can be returned for a full refund at any time with the original receipt.

Shipping

Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $100.00. All other rates are calculated based upon destination, weight and size of the parcel and will be available during checkout.

Orders are distributed out of our Calgary Customer Service Center and usually take 3-5 business days for delivery.

There can be the occasional delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

Items marked as SPECIAL ORDER ONLY may take up to 90 days to ship. Special order items ordered will receive email confirmation with the expected ship time.

Track your Order

An email with your Canada Post tracking number will be sent once your order has been received.

You may sign into Your Account at Lammles.com for your order history at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available.

Shipping to a Store

You can ship to any Lammle’s location for instore pickup. Once you have proceeded to Checkout with your order, under Shipping please select the option for Instore Pick Up. Then in the notes section please indicate your preferred Lammle’s location. A list of locations can be referenced  here.

Please note that delivery times are 3-5 business days when shipping to a store location. You will be notified when your order arrives.

Return Instructions

You may return the item(s) within 30 days of the order date to the Lammle’s Western Wear Distribution Centre or to any Lammle’s retail location for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other additional charges. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase and your receipt must be present at the time of the return.

The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging with tags still attached, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

For hygienic reasons, items exempt from our return policy are; earrings, insoles, socks and bits. Additionally no customized, special order or laundered/altered items will be accepted.

Lammles.com is not responsible for shipping, handling and other additional charges for returned items except in the case of manufacture’s defect or incorrect items received. A shipping label will be produced, must be adhered to the original box and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns to our Distribution Centre, the postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.

Return to Any Lammle’s Location

You can return your purchase for a refund or exchange at any one of our Lammle's store locations.

The original receipt is required for a full refund. If you do not have it, a gift certificate for the amount the merchandise is currently priced at will be issued.
