The Lammle's fulfillment team strives to have your package out the door in 1-2 business days. In cases where we may not have all your product at our distribution centre, your order may be delayed 2-5 additional business days while we source the remaining product elsewhere.

Canada Post's delivery timeframe is dependent on the shipping method you choose and the destination location, but will generally range from 1 up to 8 business days in rare circumstances.

Items marked as SPECIAL ORDER ONLY will take extra time to ship, and you will receive email confirmation with the expected ship time.

Please note that we are experiencing some supply chain challenges due to Covid-19, and our inventory levels online are updated only once each weekday. As such, there is a small chance of inaccuracies or volume we cannot easily fulfill. All orders are subject to inventory availability, so and if we are unable to source the product you desire in our regular timeframes, we will contact you to discuss alternate options.

Regardless of return method, we regret we cannot refund shipping charges originally incurred to deliver the package to your requested location.

To protect your receipt and products as well as keeping shipping expenses as reasonable as possible, our team is creative in utilizing the space inside your order packaging. You may find your receipt inside a shoe box, for example, or a product wrapped up in packaging or another product for protection.

Please open and examine your package contents throughly. We have set up our fullfillment centre with multiple checks and failsafes to make missing product in an order nearly impossible.

Occasionally, we may also send your order in multiple shipments. If this occurs, your shipping confirmation will state what items you can expect in any particular shipment.

Yes! Once in checkout you will be able to select your Country Code and postal rates and carriers will reflect that selection. 

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that Lammle’s Western Wear does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.   We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Please note that some items may not qualify for international shipping. This includes but is not limited to Exotic Skin Boots, chemicals and liquids.

Free shipping and free exchanges do not apply to international orders.


There is a small window once placing your order to modify. If you wish to change or modify your order, please call 1-877-LAM-MLES (1.877.526.6537) for assistance as soon as possible. We work hard to process your order quickly and if notable time has elapsed since your order was placed, it may have already entered the shipping queue. At that point, refunds can only be provided via our posted return process. If you wished to add to your order, please simply place a separate order for the additional item, as shipping is free in most cases.

At this time, even though they are sold both online and in-store, Lammle's Western Wear gift cards can only be redeemed at a Lammle's Western Wear store location. If you would like to purchase a gift card online and have it mailed, please do so here

What is a Special Order?  A special order is product we bring in straight from the manufacturer specifically to meet the needs of the requesting customer. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website but you know we carry the brand, please contact us with as much detail as possible to see if a special order is an option for you.

How long does a Special Order take to ship?   Because we have to bring the item from the manufacturer's facility, Special Orders usually take approximately 4-8 weeks to ship, but may vary due to variables outside our control. You can always contact our customer service team if you have any questions regarding the status of your order.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed? Unfortunately, once the Special Order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to it. We can, however, attempt to cancel it. Please contact our customer service.

Can I return my Special Order? Due to the custom nature of Special Orders, we are unable to re-sell it in our stores. As such, we regret that our 30 day return policy may not apply to your Special Order item.

Lammle's is committed to providing our customers the most accurate details possible to make an informed purchase decision. If we note our data to be incorrect, you can trust us to rectify the discrepancy as soon as possible. In the rare instance you notice an error with any of our product information, please let us know right away so we can rectify the error immediately.

Please be aware that once a you apply filters to a search, only products available for purchase online will be displayed. As such, we recommend those customers using as a catalog to later purchase in-store be selective about which filters they apply.

Please also be aware that our online inventory system is not yet "live". Quantities are updated manually almost daily, although there is still opportunity for occasional inventory quantity delays.

Additionally, you may notice instances where you cannot purchase more than one (1) unit of a particular product. This is by design as to help ensure we can fulfill all orders placed. If you require multiples and cannot assemble your order online as desired, please contact us and we will be happy to look into your request further.

We are hoping to implement a live inventory system some time late 2023, and appreciate your patience.

Colour Swatches
Most products on our website are displayed with a "swatch" as a general reference to the product colour. Note that these visual swatches and not intended to be a 100% accurate representation of the true item colour but instead to provide reference and filter options for a better shopping experience. Please use product photographs to determine the closest possible representation of item appearance.

However, please also be aware that as with all shopping websites, your monitor and computer settings can alter the appearance of an image. For this reason, we do recommend proper monitor calibration and colour adjustment to help reduce unintended consequences.

Lammle's is proud to offer multiple payment methods. However, please note we do not accept debit cards of any sort - including those issued by Mastercard and Visa. Entering a debit number for payment may produce unpredictable and potentially undesirable results.

As with most online retail operations, Lammle's charges your credit card as soon as the order is placed. This way, we don't perform the many actions required to process your order only to find funds are unavailable afterwards.

More importantly, this also removes the need to store your credit card information in our systems - effectively eliminating the chance of a card information database breech. While our team is therefore unable to access your full card information, rest assured you can still be refunded up to 100% of the original charge via our payment provider, Moneris. This also means we regret we will require the card number again for any additional charges you may wish to add.

Eligible customers will need to submit proof of CURRENT involvement with the organization as well as proof of identity. Please contact our Customer Service with the appropriate identification to receive your discount code prior to ordering. Discount codes are strictly for your use; please do not share or distribute.
