I bought this hat at the Calgary Stampede. I went for black for Johnny Cash and liked the detail in the hatband. I wear a 7 3/8 New Era fitted baseball cap, but the salesperson assured me that 7 3/8 was too big for this hat after I tried it on. I bought 7 1/4 and it was verging on uncomfortably tight, which made me worried at first. I found directions for steaming a felt hat online, and the fit is perfect now. Great sizing advice from the Lammle's salesperson!
