Disappointed i would give 0 stars

Absolutely love these boots bought them because of the reviews but when they came, I was very disappointed the boots had been previously worn and I don’t mean scuffs on the bottom. These boots were worn customer service terrible lots of backing and force with emails to my disappointment. They refunded me $20 with the excuse they had been worn and tried on store since then I have donated the boots to the children’s Christmas mountain
