It arrived with a small bump at the top of the hat but it was not very visible so I did not complain about it. The hat looks great and is comfortable to wear. But it's fragile. I hit it by accident and the lacquer cracked. So it's a great looking hat, but you'd better bet careful with it because it doesn't seem to be very durable.
