Just bought one 3 years ago and it survived hailstorms in Lethbridge, torrential downpours in Raymond and a trip to England! Unfortunately the original got squashed when moving back to Alberta and so this is the replacement. My original was medium and so ordered the same only to find either my head has grown or the hat has shrunk! As customer service is awesome this is not a problem, simple return to store and order a larger size, few days I’ll have the replacement. These hats are great for everyday use and are tough withstanding rain thunder hail snow everything you can throw at it which provides fantastic value for money as I’ve had far more expensive hats fall apart with this kind of treatment!
