Ariat Heritage Boots

The service online was great. Easy to order, delivered quickly. However the boots themselves were disappointing. This would have been my fourth pair of this particular boot in the last 12 years. I wear a 10.5 EE and the previous 3 pairs were perfect. I would buy them and wear them the next day and they fit perfectly. I received this pair and the next day put them on and they were not EE even though it read that in the boot. The boots themselves were great but something has gone wrong at Ariat and I’m really disappointed as these have been my daily boot for 12 years. The return at the store was handled professionally and quickly. Now I have to find a new daily boot. The ladies at Lammles have helped me and I hope what we came up with works. To the staff at Lammles I give 5 stars but the boots get one.

Availability issues

These are the best boots I've ever worn but am told by Lammles there's a supply issue and it's not known when they will have these boots back in stock of ever. Very disappointed to say the least and they will get this supply issue resolved soon.

Excellent!
