Great experience and product

Went to the closest store, about an hour away, looking for new boots for my daughter and myself; great experience as soon as we walked in the door. Got all the help we needed, found the perfect boots but the store was out of stock for my size insoles. The lady jumped onto the website and showed us exactly what we needed, could have had them delivered there, but being from out of town we got them shipped right to our door along with some conditioner. Both pairs of boots are now breaking in nicely and we will certainly be repeat customers.
