About Juan Antonio
Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, Juan Antonio Cerrillo grew up surrounded by the sights, smells, and textures of fine leatherwork. As the fourth son of a family deeply rooted in the leather industry, Juan Antonio was destined to create. With early influences from his father, a shoemaker, and his eldest brother, a leather cutter, he honed his skills in his family's garment manufacturing company before branching out on his own in 2009 to follow his true passion: designing luxury leather handbags, wallets, belts, and accessories.
Today, Juan Antonio lives in San Diego, California, but his heart—and his craftsmanship—remain rooted in Mexico’s rich artisan tradition.
