great service and product

Got this as a gift/souvenir from Calgary to Ontario. It was purchased at the store and brought to me. The hat didn’t fit, but customer service was amazing, they got back to me right away with instructions on how to exchange it. As soon as I contacted them and provided the information, the replacement came in less than a week. The hat looks amazing. Definitely my new favourite hat!

Perfect hat!

Glad I listened to size reviews on this hat. I typically wear a 7 1/8, but since most people commented that this hat felt large, I went with a 7 (happened to be the only size available when I ordered), and it’s perfect. Love the color and shape - and price! Thank you 😊

The hat is beautiful, fits a little big. 7 should be a snug fit on me, but not the case with this hat.

Great hat but fits BIG

The hat itself is comfortable and seems well made, but it fits BIG. I normally wear a 7 3/8 in other brands, but this hat in that size was way too big for my head, almost a full size too big I would say, and I had no choice but to return it. Otherwise a great looking hat at a great price.
