Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Once in checkout you will be able to select your Country Code and postal rates and carriers will reflect that selection.
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Lammle’s Western Wear does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
Please note that some items may not qualify for international shipping. This includes but is not limited to Exotic Skin Boots, chemicals and liquids.

There are a few different ways to check the status of your order.

Check your email for shipping verification including tracking number
Or Type your tracking number directly into Canada Post Order Tracking.

How do I return an item?
Can I change an order once it has been placed?
There is a small window once placing your order to modify, please call 1-877-LAM-MLES (1.877.526.6537) for assistance. We work hard to process your order quickly and if time has elapsed since your order was placed, we will not be able to accept changes. If you wish to add to your order please place a separate order for the additional item. If you'd like to cancel your order, you'll need to wait until it is received and then return it for a refund.
Using or Purchasing Gift Cards
Lammle's Western Wear gift cards are only available to use on in store purchases. Unfortunately we are not able to accept gift cards online at this time.
Gift cards are available to purchase at any one of our Lammle's Western Wear store locations. If you would like to purchase a gift card and have it mailed to yourself or another recipient please contact us using this form.
What is a Special Order? A special Order is a product that is available to purchase, but is not actively stocked in our warehouse.
How long does a Special Order take to ship? Because we have to bring the item in to our warehouse, Special Orders take approximately 4-6 weeks to ship. We do our very best to keep this timeline, but sometimes there are delays that are out of our control. You can always contact our customer service team if you have any questions regarding the status of your order.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed? Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or modifications to it.
Can I return my Special Order? At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on Special Order items.
