I placed an order at the beginning of December and the website confirmed it would arrive before Christmas. About a week before christmas, I received an email stating they would be shipping the order before Christmas eve. I was then strung along for about 6 weeks with excuses about the computer system. I received a cancellation notice and refund today, 2 months later) without any explanation. I had given my daughter a photo of what was coming for her for christmas when I had no gift for her and she watched her big brothers open their gifts. Now I had to break this news to her... thanks :(
