Lammles.com uses Canada Post for all deliveries and all orders can be tracked at Canada Post. Regular Shipping: Estimated delivery in urban and easily accessible rural areas of North America is within 3-7 business days after the order is processed, excluding special orders. Standard shipping is not available for Northern Territories, remote areas and oversized shipments.
Northern Territories and Remote Areas: Estimated delivery is within 10-12 business days after the order is processed, excluding special orders. Orders will be subject to the full Canada Post shipping charge - you will be informed on shipping costs in your shopping cart order.
Oversized Orders: Estimated delivery is within 4-12 business days after the order is processed, excluding special orders. Oversized orders are shipped using specialized couriers in large shipments and require longer delivery times. A member of our Online Internet Department team will contact you to discuss available shipping options and costs.
Ship to Another Address in North America: Great for gifting, we will ship to your specified location in North America or for having your order delivered to an alternate address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order during normal business hours.
Ship to a store location: Have it shipped to a Lammle’s Western Wear & Tack location near you. Ships within 1-3 business days after order is processed, excluding special orders. Please visit our Store Locations to find the store that is most convenient for you.
Special Orders: Sizes marked with *SO* are special order items and will take extra time to ship. Estimated time of arrival can be determined upon inquiry of the item, or when the order is placed. Notification will be sent by email, with a tracking number, when the item(s) is on route to the specified shipping address of the order. ALL Special Order Items are Final Sale, no Returns or Exchanges will be accepted.

Please note: Expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination.
Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected. Please note that for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control shipping may be delayed (inclement weather, lost or stolen packages etc.). Shipping costs are based on most urban delivery destinations. Other charges may apply. Shipping costs are subject to changes based on delivery address and shipping method. Northern Territories and remote Areas are subject to different shipping costs and times due to logistic limitations.
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of inventory in our Distribution Centre. Orders placed for in-stock products will typically be processed and shipped within one to four business days from our Distribution Centre and are not included in the shipping times. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays therefore Shipping times are based on business days.
Pre-orders or out-of-stock products that have been ordered will be shipped within one business day from our Distribution Centre once we have received the merchandise from our suppliers. Some orders may be delayed without notice due to shipping or production issues from the product manufacturer, in which case the order will be processed and shipped upon product availability. If a product is delayed beyond the expected ship date or is cancelled by the manufacturer, you will be notified by e-mail and the order will be cancelled.
Orders must be received and credit card authorization completed by 12:00 PM (noon) MST or the order will not be processed until the following business day.
Shipping Special Offers:
Shipping offers may apply to select items only, may be limited to a maximum credit towards shipping costs or may not apply to all shipping destinations.

For delivery to a location that is excluded from a shipping offer, the shipping charge will be visible during Checkout.
If your order contains items that are ineligible for a shipping offer, you will be charged shipping only for those items.

Tracking Order Status and Delivery
To track your order once shipped please go to Canada Post
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when the order is ready to be sent. You will be emailed with your order update and the tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to the shipping destination, the carrier may not be able to provide any tracking information for your package for up to 48 hours.
Check your email. You are required to enter an email address during Checkout, so that you may receive emails regarding the status of your order.
Visit the website. You may sign in at Lammles.com for your Order History at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available.
Orders placed on Lammles.com are delivered through Canada Post. Tracking information is located in your Lammles.com account.
