30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You may return your item(s)* within 30 days of the order date to the Lammle’s Western Wear distribution centre (Calgary) or to any Lammle’s retail location for a refund of the purchase price - minus any shipping charge. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase and if returning in-store, your receipt must be present.
The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging with tags still attached, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. If product has been worn, damaged or soiled, we regret a return will not be possible. For hygienic reasons, face masks, earrings, underwear and bits are exempt from our return policy. Additionally no customized, special order or laundered/altered items will be accepted.
Please note that the return of item(s) may affect eligibility of promotions and/or discounts (eg: BOGO) which will also be factored in the amount refunded at time of processing.
If shipping your return, the postmarked date of the return package will be considered the return date. Verify the condition of the item(s) in your return carefully before shipping, and if you have any questions as to whether your item(s) will be accepted, please contact us first. Returns are normally processed inside 1-3 business days from the day of arrival to our distribution centre. Please allow an extra 2 business days for returns made to a Paypal account, and up to 4 extra business days for returns during our peak times from late November to mid December. In any event, we will contact you once your return has been processed.
Lammles.com is not responsible for shipping, duties or any other additional charges for returned item(s), except in the rare case of manufacturer defect or receival of items other than what was originally ordered. Additionally, if your return does not qualify as per the above instructions and exemptions for returnable items, you will be responsible for any and all shipping expenses surrounding your attempted return.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Method 1: (CANADIAN RETURNS ONLY)
Ship your return using our standard process VIA Canada Post
Return instructions will be provided upon entry of your order details in the link below. A shipping label will also be presented, which must be printed and adhered to the return shipment. Shipping costs using Method 1 are set by Canada Post via our Lammle's account - which will generally provide a rate lower than bringing the return to your local Canada Post office. Unless we have been contacted beforehand and a different resolution offered, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed.

Ship with your own carrier
Lammle's does not have any affiliations with shipping companies outside Canada and therefore international customers will be responsible for finding their own shipping carrier. Additionally, in rare instances, Canadians may wish to choose their own carrier instead of using Lammle's Canada Post account.

If you decide to ship product back to us using your own method, it is important to retain your receipt so the package location can be determined and you can be compensated in the event the parcel is lost in transit. If Lammle's cannot verify delivery to our distribution centre, we cannot proceed with any refunds. For this reason as well as to limit your responsibility for potential damage to the package, we recommend bringing the return directly to your local shipping office instead of using drop boxes, and using signature and/or insurance in the event of an unforeseen problem. Alternatively, we recommend using our account in "Method 1".
In-person at any Lammle’s store
Customers can choose to make returns or exchanges at any Lammle's location throughout western Canada at no additional charge. In-store returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase and customers must present receipt (paper or digital).
If your order was purchased as a gift and the purchaser chose to include a gift receipt which excluded pricing, it is important to get an official receipt in order to make your return in store. Please contact us for a standard receipt which shows the amount paid. Without a receipt with pricing, we regret that the store will not be able to perform the return. Please be aware that any return must be refunded to a credit card, as we cannot offer cash or debit refunds.
