  • Match and code A/P invoices
  • Enter in A/P – payment processing, statement balancing
  • Balance and reconcile store sale transactions with payment methods
  • Confirm transaction efficiencies
  • Balance gift card transactions
  • Balance daily sales
  • Enter all sales transactions in ACCPAC
  • Promotional coupon tracking
  • Showcase a positive attitude to the tasks assigned
  • Basic administrative duties – filing, emails, letters, memos, etc



  • Accounting experience – A/P, A/R, G/L
  • Computer skills – specifically proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC system (Sage) – General Ledger and Accounts Payable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well-developed organizational skills
  • A desire to thrive in a team environment
  • The ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
