We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75. All other rates are calculated based upon destination, weight and size of the parcel and will be available during checkout.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please note that Canada post is experiencing delivery delays due to holiday like volume. The Lammle's fulfillment team is also experiencing delays caused by higher demand, we are striving to have your order pick and packed within 1-4 business days.
Items marked as SPECIAL ORDER ONLY may take up to 90 days to ship. Special Order items ordered will receive email confirmation with the expected ship time.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes! An email with your Canada Post tracking number will be sent once your order has been received.

We use Canada Post for shipping. You cannot select another carrier at this time.
CAN I SHIP TO A STORE?
Under regular circumstances we do offer ship to store, but due to COVID-19, we have suspended in-store pickup in the interim. Sorry for the inconvenience.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Once in checkout you will be able to select your Country Code and postal rates and carriers will reflect that selection.
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Lammle’s Western Wear does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
Please note that some items may not qualify for international shipping. This includes but is not limited to Exotic Skin Boots, chemicals and liquids.
Please take note that we are experiencing delays in our return process due to our efforts to maximize staff distancing in an effort to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Please rest assure that your returns will be processed as soon as possible.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You may return the item(s) within 30 days of the order date to the Lammle’s Western Wear Distribution Centre or to any Lammle’s retail location for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other additional charges. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase and your receipt must be present at the time of the return.
The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging with tags still attached, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
For hygienic reasons, items exempt from our return policy are; earrings, insoles, socks and bits. Additionally no customized, special order or laundered/altered items will be accepted.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM WITHIN CANADA?
To obtain Return Authorization please input your order details here. Return instructions will be provided upon entry of your order details. For Canadian orders, a shipping label will be produced, it must be printed and adhered to the original box. International orders being returned must provide their own label.
Lammles.com is not responsible for shipping, handling and other additional charges for returned items, except in the case of manufacture’s defect or incorrect items received. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: If you return an item via the return authorization and that item does not qualify as per the above instructions and exemptions for returnable items you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to you. Lammles.com is not responsible for the cost to ship back the item, if the item has been declined for refund under the stated policy. We will offer to ship it to the nearest Lammles.com location, free of charge. Please consider your item carefully before returning back to us, any questions on item condition, please contact us.
For returns to our Distribution Centre, the postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.

Customers can choose to make returns or exchanges at any Lammle's throughout western Canada at no additional charge. In-store returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase and customers must present receipt (paper or digital).
