Lammle's x Brett Kissel: The Making Of 'Let Your Horses Run' Music Video

Award-winning country music artist Brett Kissel shares that same vision.
This past summer Lammle's partnered with Brett Kissel to collaboration on the making of the official music video for his latest single ‘Let Your Horses Run’, in addition to a new Lammle’s brand commercial. With the support of Invictus Entertainment Group, the brand commercial featured Brett’s incredible track and voice over in several media projects including, the Calgary Stampede and PBR Canada Cup Series. The commercial also aired on national TV on Rogers Sportsnet during the Calgary Stampede, bringing Western storytelling to screens across the country. Throughout the summer, Lammle’s and Brett Kissel teamed up in more ways, including some exciting giveaways for the Big Valley Jamboree and outfitting Brett and his band for the CCMA Awards.
The Video
The Location
Our Lammle’s brand commercial was shot by the talented videographer Sean Lyons in Southern Alberta over two gorgeous days in June. We captured stunning scenery, from the perfect sunrise at Anchor D Ranch to the breathtaking Western landscape of Calgary Stampede’s OH Ranch. We filmed at a riding arena with a spectacular mountain view at Paradigm Equine Vet Service near Diamond Valley. You might also spot our Lammle’s Shawnessy Store in Calgary. We spent time at Twin Cities Saloon in Longview, building connections with some truly wonderful folks as Brett performed his hit on the legendary Ian Tyson stage. The memories and friendships we made are ones we’ll treasure.
The Talent
The video features the dynamic mother-daughter barrel racing duo, Amanda and Kenlee Crowe from Olds, Alberta. A mainstay on the local rodeo trail, they brought their A-game, showcasing their daily routine of prepping their horses and racing around barrels with incredible skill. It was an unforgettable experience that we'll all hold dear.
The Fashion
Brett Kissel’s cowboy cool look was crafted with pieces from Lammle’s latest collections, including stylish Scully leather jackets, classic button-up shirts from Ariat and Wrangler, boots from Ariat, and tailored jeans from Kimes Ranch. Amanda and Kenlee also rocked three different outfits, featuring the newest Cinch shirts, Kimes Ranch vests, Wrangler, and Ariat jeans, paired with Boulet and Ariat boots. Each look was perfectly matched to the setting, from the ranch to the arena and even a shopping trip in the city.
The Supporting Cast
This project wouldn't have been the same without the amazing efforts of the Lammle’s team and everyone involved. We spent one day outfitting at our Lammle’s stores and two full days of shooting.
