OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. SPONSOR
The Welcome to the West Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Lammle's Western Wear ("Lammle's"), headquartered in Calgary, Alberta.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on Tuesday June 16, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") and ends on Wednesday July 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT (the "Contest Period").
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who:
• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and • Are capable of receiving digital ticket transfers via email.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Lammle's Western Wear and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary. To enter, visit www.lammles.com/contest during the Contest Period and complete the online entry form by providing a valid email address, name and agreeing to receive marketing communications from Lammle's Western Wear.
Individuals who are active subscribers to the Lammle's Western Wear email marketing list as of 11:59 p.m. MT on July 8, 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest. Existing subscribers who also submit an entry through the Contest website will not receive additional entries.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Contest Period.
By entering, participants consent to joining the Lammle's Western Wear email marketing list. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time through the unsubscribe link included in all promotional emails.
Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraudulent means may result in disqualification.
5. PRIZE
There is one (1) prize available to be won.
The prize consists of:
• Two (2) tickets to The Calgary Stampede Rodeo “Championship Sunday” event on July 12, 2026. • Tickets are located in the Infield seating area in the GMC Stadium venue at the Calgary Stampede grounds.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): CAD $1,300.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
The prize includes only the tickets described above. Transportation, parking, accommodations, meals, beverages, merchandise, and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
6. WINNER SELECTION
A random draw will be conducted on July 9, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
One (1) potential winner will be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.
Lammle's Western Wear reserves the right to require proof of identity, age, and eligibility before awarding the prize.
If the selected entrant:
• Cannot be reached within 24 hours; • Fails to respond within the requested timeframe; • Is found to be ineligible; or • Fails to comply with these Official Rules,
Lammle's Western Wear reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.
8. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION
As required by Canadian law, before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
9. PRIZE DELIVERY
The tickets will either be delivered electronically to the winner via digital ticket transfer or via an in-person pick-up at a designated location in Calgary, AB.
The winner is responsible for ensuring they have access to the email account used for entry and any ticketing platform required to receive and accept the ticket transfer, as well as the ability to pick up any physical tickets if required. Failure to receive or accept the ticket transfer for reasons beyond Lammle's Western Wear's
control may result in forfeiture of the prize. Details for delivery will be provided to the winner.
10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By accepting the prize, the winner and guest acknowledge that attendance at the event is at their own risk.
Lammle's Western Wear is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, cancellation, or other occurrence arising from or related to attendance at the event or use of the prize.
Lammle's Western Wear makes no warranties or representations regarding the event and is not responsible for any changes, postponements, cancellations, venue restrictions, or actions of event organizers.
11. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used for Contest administration and for email marketing purposes by Lammle's Western Wear in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Lammle's Western Wear may use their name, city or province of residence, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Contest without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Lammle's Western Wear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if circumstances arise that compromise the fairness or integrity of the Contest.
Lammle's Western Wear is not responsible for technical failures, website interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or other errors that may affect entry submission or Contest administration.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Lammle's Western Wear, which are final.
13. GOVERNING LAW
The Contest shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
